-A problem solver who can think and act quickly

-A tolerance for other people's imperfections

-A willingness to accept the occasional rejection

-Must have reliable transportation

Duties and responsibilities:

-Visits the offices of current and prospective referral sources

-Establishes rapport with the front desk personnel of referral sources

-Drops off patients reports to current referral sources

-Schedules appointments for the practice owner/therapist to meet with referral sources

-Maintains the referral administration including records, files reports, statistics, etc.

-Meets regularly with practice owner/therapist to coordinate weekly referral actions

Valuable Final Product:

-Increased patient referrals into the practice

Part time 25 hours weekly
