- Job description:
- Provide support to the Controller for all of month end processes and procedures
- Review, approve, and process payroll, expense reports, and time cards.
- Maintain construction project-level accounting records
- Management of monthly invoicing and cost tracking, processing of change orders and progress payments, etc.
- Manage entry of costs and receivables into ERP construction accounting system
- Process AP invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders, ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payments
- Ensure project general requirement and labor costs are current and accurate
- Monitor project budgets, commitments, costs-to-complete and actual costs per project
- Provide project profitability reporting to the Project Manager (PM), Operations and Accounting teams
- Identify any project budget overruns and projections
Requirements:
- 2 + years of experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Construction industry accounting experience a plus
