This challenging position will be part of the Foundational Hosting Middleware team who are laser focused on delivering platforms through software to allow our customers to succeed.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
  • Proficient in developing and consuming REST based services with and without API gateways
  • 3 years of experience of deploying code to and managing apps running on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
  • 3 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products


Job Expectations:

  • Expertise in problem-solving ,data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
  • Proficient in execution of unit, integration, smoke, performance, contract, and end to end testing
  • Strong understanding of core resiliency and reliability tenets
  • Fully and completely understand system inter-dependencies and limitations.
  • Proficient in Agile methodology and ways of working.
  • This role has hybrid in-office work expectations
  • This position is not open to visa sponsorship or transfers
