Blanco Cocina + Cantina is excited to open mid-July in Coronado Walk-in to interview with a manager Tuesday July 2nd 10am-4pm, July 3rd & 4th 10:00am-4:00pm, July 6th & 7th 9:00-11:00am and 4:00-6:00pm, and Monday July 8th 10:00am-4:00pm. Our address is 1301 Orange Ave Coronado, California 92118.

What you'll do:
- Prior experience in a restaurant is great, but the ability to work as a team and a dynamic personality is even better.
- You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- You have an eye for detail and you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
- Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any problems immediately.
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and los
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
