WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Here's what you'll be doing when you join us:

  • Conducts pre-dialysis patient assessment including obtaining patient vital signs and assessing the patient's vascular access, laboratory findings, and the patient's general health
  • Maintains accountability for the coordination and delivery of care to patients with end stage renal disease
  • Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient care of patients of all ages
  • Coordinates, delegates, and provides direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and all patient care team members
  • Reviews physician orders for dialysis patients, collects pre-treatment dialysis data, and reviews patient records prior to dialysis
  • Provides supervision for patient team members in accordance with their level of training and the patient's acuity
You would be a great fit for our team if you have the following:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Valid and unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the State in which you work
  • Valid and current CPR certification
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required
  • Demonstrates basic computer skills and proficiency in MD Word and Outlook
  • Prior experience providing nursing care to patients on an acute dialysis
  • Demonstrates high level of personal and professional accountability and responsibility
