We are seeking eager and motivated interns to be part of BUILD - LGI Homes' premier Construction Management Internship Program. The summer, 10-week program runs from June 2 through August 8, 2025. For qualifying students, extensions into Fall 2025 are available.

As part of our the BUILD Internship Program, you will not only gain hands-on experience managing the construction operations within a community, you will gain real world exposure to key business areas including purchasing, land development, and various corporate functions. Construction Management Interns experience weekly Lunch & Learns with executive speakers and orientation at Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. You will even have the opportunity to train with the CEO, President and COO. of LGI Homes.

Requirements

Participants in the Internship Program must be self-motivated, charismatic and be willing to learn and train as part of a growing company. The intern must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction with an outstanding academic record (3.0+ GPA). The intern must have the ability to work full time, Monday – Friday. Senior status is preferred.
