We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Manager Intern to join our team at one of our new home communities in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
