About The Role

This position will be responsible for designing and developing robust data pipelines, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, and creating insightful Tableau dashboards that inform strategic business decisions and drive campaign execution. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between data and business needs, translating complex, abstract concepts into practical, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data and analytics to solve real-world challenges and enhance organizational performance.

This person will report to the Director of Business Intelligence.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow
  • Create and optimize Tableau dashboards to transform data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
  • Continuously improve and automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
  • Aid in the creation and execution of campaign strategies
  • Develop creative data solutions to unique challenges
  • Maintain a positive, goal-oriented, and engaging culture
  • As a member of a dynamic, fast-growing start-up, you'll have the opportunity to contribute on a wide variety of other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience in data analytics
  • Skilled in data processing, including analysis of big data using Python and SQL
  • Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in crafting solutions from limited information
  • Experience working in the financial industry preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have flexibility to shift priorities when needed
  • An analytical mindset and knack for finding patterns in data
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required; tech savvy, and able to quickly learn and navigate different software systems
