Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location(s): Washington, DC

Responsisbilites:

  • Collaborating with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
  • Leading the craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
  • Bringing a passion to stay on top of current trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
  • Encouraging innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization
  • Assisting in the hiring of top engineering talent and maintaining our commitment to diversity and inclusion

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce Architect experience
  • Demonstrated ability as a team leader managing the delivery of software in a Salesforce org with a combination of business analysis and technology engineering skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience with fit-gap analysis, design custom solutions, conducting code and configuration reviews in Salesforce, e.g. Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, SF Admin tools;
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Developer
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Event streaming, Monitoring and Alerting
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD
  • 5+ years working with Apex classes and Visual force pages
  • 5+ years of experience with Flows and Process builder
  • 5+ years of experience testing software applications
