  • Provide thought leadership in HR technology and cloud domains, driving innovation in data management, integration strategies, and cloud adoption within the organization.

  • Work closely with the Data Governance team to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all HR data projects.

  • Ensure that data architecture is optimized for performance and cost efficiency within cloud environments, balancing flexibility and scalability with operational needs.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in cloud computing, HR tech, Workday, and data integration tools, and apply these advancements to enhance HR data operations.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Proficiency in Snowflake, with experience deploying and managing cloud-based data warehouses for HR data and reporting.

  • Strong Workday expertise, with demonstrated ability to extract and integrate data via Workday Public APIs and RAAS reporting.

  • Extensive experience in data modeling, data integration, and cloud data architectures, with the ability to design scalable and optimized data pipelines.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between business and technology and driving collaboration across multiple teams.

  • Leadership experience providing direction to architects, developers, and technical leads, fostering teamwork and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions.
