POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a polite, professional Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida You will be the liaison between our clients and network of suppliers. The Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call center “script” when handling calls
  • Document and update consumer call records in database

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Fluent in Spanish in a plus
