Position Overview:

We are looking for Maryland based licensed graduate master's level clinicians (LMSW, LGPC, RIC & LPA) and independently licensed clinicians to work with our Prince George's County Public School initiative. Training and supervision will be provided by our seasoned CCCC clinicians and through the school initiative. Clinicians will provide up to 20 hours of service in the schools developing relationships with school personnel, students, and parents through assessment and consultation. Students identified as appropriate for therapy services will be pursued for self-referral for virtual or in person therapy. Clinician compensation is a combination of grant funds and billable insurance reimbursement fees for service, which can yield up to $90,000.00 annually. Clinicians will work with a variety of PGCP Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Each clinician will be expected to build up to and maintain a caseload of 25 students for full-time and 10 students for part-time. Must be able to start in April 2024 and commit to work in the position through June 2025. Opportunities to grow with CCCC are multiple, possible, and can be discussed further.

Requirements:

  • Must be located in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area
  • Must hold a valid clinical license in MD: LGPC, LMSW, LPA, LCPC, LICSW-C, LMFT, LP
  • Experience providing behavioral health services to school aged children/young adolescents (and their families).
  • Dedication to continuous professional development.
  • Experience in trauma informed care preferred
