Requirements and Skills:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Major Account sales experience.
- Quota Management: Proven track record in managing Major Account sales to meet quotas.
- Prospecting Skills: Expertise in cold-calling, securing meetings with decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations, and closing sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
