We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Norwich and work with a diverse patient population. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates as well as experienced professionals to provide patient-centered care and work alongside a team of experienced clinicians and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently evaluate patient's level of function and determine treatment strategies
  • Administer medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments
  • Establish measurable goals with patients and their families
  • Deliver patient and caregiver education regarding treatment, precautions, and equipment use
  • Participate in patient transition planning and discharge planning
  • Provide clinical supervision for Physical Therapist students, Rehabilitation Aides, and Physical Therapist Assistants

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
  • CT PT license and BLS certification required
  • One year experience in an outpatient setting preferred
