In your role, you'll...
  • Lead the development of corporate IT strategy: Set annual and quarterly goals for the IT team, prioritizing and executing IT projects and programs.
  • Oversee and drive continuous improvement of office IT infrastructure: Manage and enhance corporate network, VOIP systems, video conferencing systems, and more.
  • Oversee and drive continuous improvement of IT programs and services, including IT help desk services, hardware procurement, asset management, software administration, BYOD and corporate mobile phone management, and support for employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Oversee corporate SaaS portfolio management, including budget and spending, tool evaluation, implementation, consolidation, and administration.
  • Promote company-wide adoption and effective use of core tools by leading the creation of best practices and workflow documentation, developing training programs, and advising other departments on workflow design and implementation.
  • Implement IT controls that support internal and external security, privacy and compliance requirements and audits within the above scope.
  • Stay abreast of IT best practices, tools, and SaaS technologies that further employee productivity, improve corporate security and privacy, or reduce spending.
About you
  • You have at least 6 years of experience leading an IT department in a modern cloud IT environment.
  • You have deep knowledge of modern tools and best practices for all aspects of IT, including G Suite/Google Workspace administration, various endpoint operating systems, endpoint device management, asset management, Meraki network administration, AV design & operations, IT support service management, and SaaS portfolio and cost management.
  • You have experience leading multiple large-scale IT initiatives simultaneously and working closely with cross-functional partners of all levels.
  • You are an empathetic and effective manager; you believe people can improve and are passionate about identifying your team members' potentials and challenging them to grow.
  • You are passionate for innovation and process improvement and have a keen interest in learning, adopting, and implementing best modern tools, processes, and practices.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical customers.
  • You are incredibly organized, process- and data- driven, and detail oriented.
  • You have a BA or BS and the drive to keep learning and developing your skills.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States.
Benefits
  • The expected salary range for Head of IT Role is $190,000 to $275,000. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills. The base pay ranges are subject to change in the future.
