Job Description
This role is designed to support the Financial Advisor by efficiently managing operational tasks and enhancing client service delivery. This will be completed by attending all client meetings to document conversations, serve as the main contact for client communication, delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficiency in process and effective client delivery. Additionally, this role may also involve minor para-planning when needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Meetings & Communication
- Attend all client meetings with advisor and notate conversations
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of meetings and case notes, enhancing organizational efficiency and client service.
- Facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication with clients, contributing to a positive client experience.
- Delegate tasks to team associates and oversee progress on each task
- Optimize process flows and continuous improvement efforts, improving workflow efficiency and team productivity.
Case Preparation and Para-Planning
- Be knowledgeable on information and language used during financial planning
- Review prior client notes to identify opportunities and conversation topics, such as term conversions, reconstructions, and unmet needs, and coordinate case preparation with the team
- Maintain efficient process flows for cases, including inbound and outbound follow-ups, and manage calendars for existing casework
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire and ability to earn the following licenses within first year of employment: Life and Health, SIE, Series 6 and Series 63
- Ability to work within a team setting
Salary: 50k base + bonus/variable comp.
