Front of House Team Member for Chick-fil-A Indian Land

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team at Chick-fil-A at Indian Land. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greets guests immediately upon entering the building and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Exhibits the Core 4 and follows direction from Leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Fulfills guests' orders by preparing drinks, sauces, and directing guests to place their table marker or stand for carry out.
- Follows the hierarchy of taking orders, serving in the dining room, and stocking the area.
- Keeps the front counter area clean and stocked at all times.
- Works outside to support drive-thru operations and follows scripts and guidelines for iPOS.
- Answers within 2 beeps if using a headset and completes guests' transactions in 30 seconds or less at the window.
- Parks guests immediately when holding more than 1 minute with clear instructions on where to go.
- Repeats orders at the order point and cash cart or window.
- Handles and remedies guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensures condiments and utensils are with every order.
- Keeps the restaurant clean at all times, including floors, tables, booths, and chairs, condiment stands, trash compactors, and glass on windows and doors.
- Sanitizes tables after each guest's turnover and refreshes beverages and completes requests for guests at tables to eliminate guests returning to the counter.
- Helps set up high chairs and place mats for guests with small children.
- Completes parking lot checks every 3 hours, as well as at open and close, and checks the patio, playland, and bathrooms at open and close and every 30 minutes.
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to work outside in multiple weather conditions.
- Ability to smile and have a professional tone and speech.
- Ability to move with urgency.
- Understanding of the guest as the most important person.
- Ability to follow all uniform and appearance policies.
- Ability to be punctual, positive, and personable.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Ability to wash hands often and follow health department requirements.
- Ability to embrace 2nd Mile Service.
