This position supports patients in Northern IL. and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $13,500 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year Working hours for this position would be (3) 12 hour shifts per week: Saturday, Sunday + (1) weekday from 8A to 8P.
