Role Description:
The President & CEO seeks an ambitious, experienced, professional with deep non-profit fiscal leadership knowledge to lead the YMCA's fiscal strategies for a budget of $11 million. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role will be primarily based in Hyannis, MA, with flexibility for some remote work.
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, financial statements, financial reporting, and analysis. The incumbent will demonstrate mastery of change to help translate strategic vision into practical action. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of business innovation & growth. It is position critical for the candidate to possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. This attentive, forward-thinking team player will provide clear direction, strong leadership & coaching skills for YMCA fiscal management.
