*Description*
looking for IT SUPPORT SPECIALISTS who have experience in processing PC and Thin client backups. This is in preparation for GO LIVE event slated for late January 2025
*Travel locally within KY & IN to various customer sites
*Ability to use current IT technology and company issued assets
*Unboxing, organizing, inventorying new and returned equipment
*Staging of new equipment in warehouse and prep for delivery
*Prepping returned equipment for disposal to include wiping, inventorying and palletizing
*Basic IT installation and cable management
*Communicate with Project Leads on issues
*Mobile cart assembly - hands on training is provided
o Imaging PCs and Thin Clients
o PC and peripheral flip from existing hardware to Norton hardware

oMonitors and respond to changes in technology and user needs
oCategorizes tickets per recommendations to allow for consistent reporting within ITSM software
oDocumenting, revising, and maintaining internal procedures and customer-facing knowledge
