What You'll Do:
  • Partner with VP of Human Resources in designing and implementing a performance management system using ADP Workforce Now
  • Identifying training needs through skill gap analysis and creating learning paths for employees at different levels
  • Partner with VP of Human Resources in designing and implementing training programs management education, and supervisor skills development, utilizing various training settings.
  • Administering and conducting training sessions to introduce new policies and procedures to employees.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach. (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and retention.
    • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
    • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
    • Generate reports and present findings to management, providing insights for informed decision-making.
    • Prepare and draft new hire and termination documentation. Conduct exit interviews to identify areas of improvement.
    • Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and make informed recommendations
    • Updating the Affirmative Action Plan in place.
    • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices within the technology industry.
    What You'll Need:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2 - 5 years of prior HR experience in a generalist capacity
    • In depth knowledge and experience working with ADP Workforce Now and its different modules like Performance Dashboard, Learning Management System, Document Cloud, etc. is required
    • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
    • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
    • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
    Work Schedule:

    This position will work a hybrid schedule requiring a fixed day remote and in office work schedule. This position will be remote one day a week.

    Work Environment:

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, as normally based in an office. The position will also require the usage of stairs and elevators.

    Some of the work may be required on the job site and require usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.

    Physical Demands:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
