LEVEL: Professional

SALARY: $15.00 - $18.00

Who We Want:

My Possibilities is seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at our Plano, TX Location. In this dual-role position, you will support senior management, while serving as the first point of contact for visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors.
  • Greeting visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and handle routine requests.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
Experience:
  • 4+ years' experience working as a receptionist or similar position.
  • Prior experience as a legal receptionist.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Administrative or clerical experience.
  • Professional and Friendly.
  • Must have experience in using Microsoft applications and Google Drive
  • Professional dress attire.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability and critical thinking skills.
  • Multitasking capabilities and punctuality.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
Working conditions:

This position will be required to:
  • Work in person at our campus in Plano, Texas
  • Sit, stand, and bend throughout the day.
  • Occasionally lift 75lbs.
  • Working with adults with special needs.
  • Sometimes clean up body fluids to maintain the safety and dignity of HIPsters.
  • All potential employees must pass a background check and drug screen.
