Personal Assistant to the Executive Director

About Us: Harmony At Home Senior Care is a leading provider of home care and home health services, dedicated to offering compassionate and high-quality care to those in need. We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director in managing day-to-day operations and enhancing organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the Executive Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
Project Coordination: Track project updates, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely progress and completion.
Meeting Support: Take detailed meeting notes, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items with team members.
Leadership Collaboration: Conduct regular check-ins with other leadership staff to ensure alignment and address any needs or updates.
Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Medicaid Expertise: Support tasks related to Medicaid, including documentation, compliance, and navigating related processes.
Home Health/Home Care Knowledge: Apply an understanding of home health and home care operations to provide effective administrative support.
Flexibility in Job Duties: Be adaptable and willing to assist with a variety of projects and responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
Strong understanding of Medicaid processes and familiarity with home health/home care industry operations.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and scheduling software.
Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
