Responsibilities:

  • Cold Email Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement targeted B2B cold email strategies tailored to the specific goals and needs of each SME client, ensuring alignment with their overall business objectives.
  • Platform Expertise and Setup: Guide clients in selecting and setting up the most effective email marketing platforms, with a particular emphasis on Instantly. Manage integrations to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Develop and manage scalable lead generation campaigns, utilizing your deep understanding of email marketing tools. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to enhance lead acquisition and conversion rates.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation: Craft compelling, high-converting email content that captures attention, drives engagement, and motivates action. Ensure all messaging is consistent with the client's brand and strategic goals.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement and manage A/B testing to fine-tune subject lines, content, and calls to action. Apply insights from testing to continually enhance campaign performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the email marketing services provided.
  • Compliance and Deliverability Management: Ensure all email campaigns adhere to relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Monitor deliverability rates and implement best practices to maximize inbox placement.
  • Training and Support: Provide clients and their teams with training on best practices in email marketing, platform use, and campaign management to empower them to achieve their marketing goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns, from strategy development to execution and analysis, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience in B2B Cold Email Marketing: Extensive experience in creating and managing cold email campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.
  • Technical Proficiency with Email Marketing Tools: Expert-level knowledge of Instantly and other email marketing platforms like Apollo and Mailchimp. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
