Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

The Transition Support Specialist supports client and new practice transitions & models from "go live" to completion of plan. Provides branch team with the tools in how to work in the new practice model and navigate home office stakeholders and systems to support their new way of working.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $59886

Hiring Maximum: $98752

Skills/Requirements

Knowledge Requirements:

Minimum

  • Basic understanding of Branch Team roles and responsibilities.

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of JonesLink Calendar and Activities and Salesforce Calendar and Activities.

  • Basic understanding of Client and Practice Transition models.

  • Relationships with various Home Office departments and knowledge on how to navigate stakeholder relationships.

  • Basic understanding of team effectiveness, conflict resolution, and book analysis.

  • Experience in how to build and deliver training plans during associate onboarding.

  • Experience in managing escalations and diffusing difficult situations.

  • Basic understanding of team effectiveness, conflict resolution, and book analysis.

Education & Experience:

Minimum Education: Equivalent Experience

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience: 1-2 Years

Preferred Experience: 3-5 Years
