Works within and across practices and organizations to provide leading-edge technology or application solutions that result in profitable revenue growth for Unisys, where the focus is on development and delivery.. Develops, implements and supports integrated solutions for client engagements. Demonstrates extensive knowledge of industry, technology and strategy trends and uses this knowledge to generate profitable revenue growth for Unisys. Builds relationships with product development organizations and is recognized by these organizations as a key product champion who adds value through exposure to client situations. Designs, installs and implements complex integrated enterprise solutions. Interfaces extensively with the client's Deployment Teams to understand current processes, present Unisys standard processes, in order to gap and design Client specific ITSM solutions. Provides mentoring and team leadership to other Deployment Consultants. Develops Client Solution designs in a format ready for Engineering configuration and development. Integrates complex solutions into new or existing client environments. May provide sales and/or proposal support as requested, prepares packaged presentations, and conducts demonstrations. Uses advanced diagnostic analytical development capabilities. Ensures that the best solution is provided to the customer (e.g., completes solution integrity engineering and development attributes). Key Responsibilities The Deployment Consultant role is a client facing role that designs complex service management platform and process configurations for client onboarding and migrations - which meet contractual obligations and Unisys portfolio standards. Role performs client requirements analysis of approved client solutions to deliver designs for the onboarding of clients to current Unisys Service Management practices. Deployment Consultant is expected to: Lead development of Configuration Design Documents (CDD) that enable service delivery per SOW parameters, within the boundaries of Unisys standards, and the capabilities of the standard Unisys toolset - Primarily on ServiceNow. Background on BMC ITSM and other ITSM technologies will be an added advantage. Analyzes agreed solution, contract, SOW Conducts client data workshops to gather client-specific data, Conducts rapid-prototyping workshops in select subject areas Work with process owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements within ServiceNow and proposing resolution and design suggestions Creatively applies deep knowledge of the range of standard technical capabilities to design specific effective/efficient client configuration. For non-standard solutions, build functional requirements definition and use cases as input into customization requests Coordinate the involvement of other subject matter experts for areas such as Cus omer Portal, B2B integrations, Architecture and Engineering Document definitive designs in sufficient detail for execution by the technical implementations team Drive and assist the account team to obtain consensus and signoff of specified data and agreement to the design Through transition, until steady state is achieved, provide support on the accuracy and integrity of the design and data collected. Support is provided to Technical Implementations team, UAT Testers, Training and Operations. Identify opportunities to streamline the design process by participating in Lessons Learned exercises or reviews Facilitating the continuous service improvements with in Incident Management, Change Management and Service Request Management modules. Work with application owners to update workflow tasks and approvals for automated processes. Suggesting the best practices of ServiceNow and ITIL processes across various business groups You will be successful in this role if you have: Key Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience consulting and designing implementations of ITSM / ServiceNow suite for multiple enterprises, including specifically Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Service Level Management, Field Service Management, Asset & Configuration and CMDB. Minimum 4 years of experience ITIL process and/or operational support in the areas of Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration, Service Level and/or Service Request Management. Experience migrating data from different tools to ServiceNow. Data Analysis and Excel skill to manage large data set Business requirements and data assessment experience More than 4 successful customer/client implementations that included multiple core ITIL processes. Experience extending Service Now applications with customizations and added functionality while maintaining the integrity of the applications. Experience with full lifecycle development for customizations including - Design, Development, Test, Migration and Documentation of the custom work. Strong written and verbal communication skills supporting customer consulting for people / process / technology. ITIL Foundation certification. ServiceNow Administration certification a plus.
