Description

CTG is seeking to fill a Level II Deskside Support Technician/Team Lead opening for our client in Vernon, TX.

Location: Vernon, TX

Duration: 3 months

Duties:
  • Directs site installations, provides centralized technical leadership, and serves as liaison to IT support.
  • Assists with troubleshooting, QA, and reporting responsibilities.
  • Works with and updates the Project Coordinator/Project Manager with written reports and documentation as needed.
  • Install/setup new PCs.
  • Ensures that asset imaging and deployment data is recorded in the NOMAD deployment portal.
  • Performs on-site procedures and guidelines.
  • Provides daily team member attendance updates and end of day status reports.
Experience:
  • 2 years' experience (ideally with 1 year of refreshing)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
