You work well with other senior developers, project managers, and all other teammates to build, deploy, and sustain the best solution possible. Are you ready to use your combination of knowledge, expertise, and experience to tackle the toughest challenges for Veterans Affairs (VA) programs.

As an RPA architect on our team, you'll build an RPA strategic vision for the Product Line while overseeing RPA design and development across multiple projects, translating your RPA experience into guidance for project architects to build scalable and robust RPA applications. Your deep and detailed understanding of the UiPath toolset enables you to provide insightful recommendations that avoid pitfalls, leverage the cutting edge capabilities of the software, and develop that expertise across the project teams through your guidance and explanations.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in working with IT systems or architectures supporting large customers

  • Experience with leading software development technical solutions, including Agile

  • Experience in architecting, deploying, and supporting solutions with UiPath

  • Experience with developing, designing, and preparing customized strategic documents, presentations, reports, and assessments in support of senior level decision-makers

  • Experience with core business architecture, architecting vision, strategy, and execution plans for an RPA program, including partnering with product, business and IT leaders

  • Experience in developing business goals and high-level strategy with architect and IT teams to research, socialize and recommend solutions, identify best practices, assess program health, and drive execution

  • Ability to brief high level leaders, communicate with stakeholders and strong consensus building

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • UiPath Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with different scopes, customers, technologies, and timelines

  • Knowledge of SAFe

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and methodologies

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
