Position Overview:

We are seeking a personable, proactive AWS Cloud Engineer to design, develop, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services. This role is perfect for someone with strong coding skills, hands-on AWS experience, and the ability to build innovative solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to solve complex cloud challenges and deliver scalable, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, and manage AWS cloud solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or other similar tools.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless cloud migrations, implementations, and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS infrastructure and services.
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud systems through automation and monitoring.
  • Stay current with AWS updates and cloud technology trends to drive innovation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing technical guidance and support.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working in AWS cloud environments.
  • Strong coding skills, with experience in at least one of the following: Python, TypeScript, or Go.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native services such as AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and automation in cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, client-focused attitude.
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.) are a plus but not required.
