As a Marketing Analyst, you will be analyzing marketing performance data and providing insights to optimize campaigns and strategies for these (and other) channels. You will also assist in improving our data quality for core marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams to report on program and channel performance. Analyze paid media, social, and campaign performance data using tools such as Snowflake, Looker, and Superset. Track key metrics including traffic, conversions, ROI, lifetime value (LTV), revenue, and other customer metrics and behaviors. Identify trends, patterns and insights from data to inform growth marketing strategy and recommendations. Create reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Partner with product, CRM, and Data Science teams to integrate new data sources and metrics into Growth marketing reporting. Enhance marketing data infrastructure and fidelity of marketing reporting Skills: 5+ years experience in growth marketing analytics roles, specifically with analyzing paid media and digital marketing performance. Comfortable working with both analyzing marketing performance as well as improving marketing data infrastructure Expert SQL skills Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker and Superset Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
