This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely. Join our Project Office team as a Quality Assurance Analyst where you will bridge the gap between the business and IT. In this role, you will collaborate to improve how work is done as you develop and execute test cases based on the requirements set forth in partnership with project managers, business analysts, developers, and business users. Success will be achieved by an outgoing and quick learner who can understand multiple systems, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with business partners across the organization. Qualifications: Experience in a business user role, quality assurance, testing analytics, or systems development is a plus. Analytical mindset with a strong technical aptitude. Creative and solution based.
