They are seeking a talented Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Powers Lake, WI.


Job Description:

  • The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will conduct manual and automated tests, identify defects, and document findings.
  • Perform smoke and regression testing to ensure software and hardware meet quality standards, while tracking and reporting testing progress.
  • Collaborate with product management, participate in design reviews, and evaluate software for release readiness, ensuring customer needs are met and improvements are drive.
  • Understand customer needs and collaborate with product management and development teams to drive continuous improvements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of software quality assurance (SQA) experience.
  • Proven experience as an SQA Analyst, testing web/cloud applications and hardware.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with SQA industry standards and configuration management tools.
