PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Enrollment Management: Oversee the entire enrollment process for enrollments, certifications, and health plan portals. Ensure all enrollment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for enrollment, certification and health plan portal inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing domestic and global concerns promptly and professionally. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze enrollment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use this data to allocate staff based on volume of enrollments, certifications, and health plan portals. Prepare regular reports on enrollment, certification and health plan portal metrics and present findings to senior management. Utilize data to develop and implement strategies for improving enrollment, certification and health plan portal Dashboard Development and Management: Design, develop, and maintain a dashboard to support high level centralized coordination, real time monitoring, and predictive and proactive management. Collaborate with IT and clinical departments to integrate the dashboard with existing systems and databases. Train staff on the use of the dashboard and ensure it is utilized effectively to enhance operational efficiency. Staff Supervision: Supervise and train Enrollment Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Strong working knowledge of general accounting and revenue cycle. Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email applications. Demonstrated proficiency with business warehouse (BW), billing and/or financial systems (e.g., MDP Billing, SAP Business Warehouse, Hyperion, etc.). Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask concurrent priorities in an organized manner. Proactive management style to effectively lead cohesive and productive teams. Must be able to coach others and further develop their knowledge and skills; prior training experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
