The Patient Coordinator should:
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Treatement Coordinating experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working in dental treatment coordinating role.
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice.
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations.
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits.
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
