This QA Lead will drive the creation of an automated test suite that supports the development and confidence of your team’s Product and new feature changes.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Oversee the implementation of quality engineering best practices and strategies across the development team.

  • Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and continuous testing.

  • Define and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy, encompassing test planning, execution, and analysis across multiple platforms.

  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and resilience by collaborating with architecture and development teams.

  • Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.

  • Foster a quality-centric culture by mentoring team members and promoting best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Leverage strong technical skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize testing processes, and contribute to the overall success of the development team.
