Our client is seeking a Licensed Counselor to join their team of mental health professionals. The client provides mental health services to clients across the Lancaster area. Their mission is to provide accessible, affordable, and quality mental health care to all individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines for counseling practice
- Must be a licensed counselor (LPC or LCSW) in good standing
- Experience in providing counseling services to individuals with a range of mental health concerns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
