A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Cycle Count Specialist at MKS Instruments, you will partner with our warehouse department, assisting in the shipment and receiving of goods. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Inventory Control.

You will make an impact by:

  • Perform daily cycle counts and assist in the completion of any required physical inventories
  • Perform preliminary investigations of discrepancies found during cycle counts and physical inventories
  • MRB transactions as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills you bring:
  • 2-3 years Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory experience
  • Must be highly motivated and able to function in a team-oriented work environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in the basics of material handling operations
  • Familiarity with the use of email and Microsoft Office
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment
  • Available for overtime as required
  • Familiar with Inventory Control methodologies and Kanban systems
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
