We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home-buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. If you can’t wait to get started, apply today Responsibilities: • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Followup with provided leads according to our established model that we teach you Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Show a track record of real estate success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $100,000+ at plan
