Our practice model brings together board-certified Physicians and Advanced Practitioners in innovative treatment centers, with the resources and support of Memorial Hermann behind them. Due to growth, we are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners who have urgent care or emergency room experience, treating both adult and pediatric patients, to join our team.
- In this role, you will provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections.
- It is essential to have excellent assessment skills to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary while going above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled patient experience.
- We offer traditional urgent care centers, including two dedicated pediatric urgent cares.

- Work in our beautiful state-of-the-art centers that are provider/patient-friendly and equipped with imaging, labs and an advanced eCW EMR that is fully integrated with Memorial Hermann (Soon to be Epic)
- No after hour call
- By partnering with Memorial Hermann, we are able to offer continuity in patient care through access to extensive resources and specialists.

- Creative staffing for support provided. This includes an on-site staff of Rad Techs, highly trained Medical Assistants and Scribes. Ability to flex up and down for patient volumes.

- You will enjoy the variety of ages, acute conditions and procedures that drew you to urgent care.
- Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
- Quarterly Bonus of up to 10% on top of your clinical base salary, based upon patient satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.
- Physician Assistants: Master's degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent fulltime experience in an Urgent Care, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine setting required.
- Experienced and licensed treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required.
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
- Licensed in the state of Texas as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN or FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required.
