We invite applications for a full-time specialist in Orthopedic Surgery- Sports Medicine at our Fair Oaks Medical Center.

In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we provide high-quality, patient-centered health care. Through this partnership, our physicians are part of an industry-leading health care delivery model, having access to advanced technological tools and receiving comprehensive practice support.

MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.

What you can expect:

  • Busy Sport Practice from Day 1
  • 1:12 Call. General Ortho
  • Efficient ASC and PA Support
  • ON average 2 OR Days (Full Block Day) Week
  • Collaborative Team
Minimum Requirements:
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Eligible Orthopedic Surgery
  • Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
  • Fellowship in Sports Medicine
  • Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants

The starting annual salary for this position is $545,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
