Ideal candidates will have prior experience in neurosurgery as a PA, however the group is also willing to train candidates with other surgical experience, or an exceptional new graduate with surgical rotations. Please apply to be considered, and contact cody@ with any questions.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position - Neurosurgery
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Approximately 50/50 split between OR and clinic
- Work one-on-one with a fellowship trained neurosurgeon
- First-assist in the OR on spinal and cranial cases
- See patients pre-op and post-op in clinic
- On-call schedule - 1 week per month
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in neurosurgery or another relevant surgical specialty
- Ability to obtain Colorado Physician Assistant License
- DEA License
- BLS/ACLS
