Desktop Field Technician (2 Openings)

Location: Onsite at city government locations around Birmingham, AL

Hourly Pay: $24-28/hr

Position Description:

  • Desktop user deployment at Birmingham, AL government locations

  • 700 total devices at different locations, about 10 devices per day

  • Windows work station setup (laptops, desktops, additional monitors)

  • User migrations

  • Cable management

  • Deployment

  • Checking network connections

  • Troubleshooting issues

  • Attention to detail

  • Customer service oriented

  • Good communication skills
