Role Mission: As a Junior Data Analyst at Rhodes, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven initiatives by assisting in data collection, analysis, reporting, and managing reporting tickets. You will work closely with experienced data analysts to extract valuable insights from large datasets and contribute to developing data-driven strategies. This role offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and exposure to various aspects of data analytics. Reporting directly to the Director of Data and IT, you are part of the Administrative Services department and have an exciting opportunity to support Rhodes organizational purpose to enhance the lives of our customers and team through building communities.

Accountabilities:

Reports:

• Conduct analyses to drive valuable business insights, using analytics tools, Python, and SQL to access and manipulate multivariate data
• Complete reports for the reporting calendar on time
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to identify trends that drive business performance
• Communicate updates on report requests
• Maintain an inventory/documentation of all reports created

Dashboards:

• Maintain existing dashboards, ensuring they reflect the most current data and insights.
• Handle enhancement requests, changes, and issues related to dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to data-related discussions.
• Maintain an inventory/documentation of all dashboards created

Managing Reporting Tickets:

• Handle enhancement requests, changes, and issues related to dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide reports to requestors within the agreed-upon time frames, taking into account the urgency of the request. If unforeseen delays occur, proactive communication with stakeholders is necessary.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to data-related discussions.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Exposure to Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with Python programming language
• Enthusiasm for data analysis and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills
• Deadline driven and organized
• Customer service oriented
• Understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
