What you will need:
- License: N/A
- Education: High School Graduate or Associate's Degree
- Certification: N/A
- Experience: High school Diploma with 1 year experience as either an Anesthesia Tech, Patient Care Tech, or Emergency Medical Tech or Associate's Degree if no clinical experience.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology. Ability to occasionally lift (patients and equipment), as well as push and/or pull heavy objects.
What you will do:
- Under direction of supervisor, assist during pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative procedures
- Pre-operative, pre-procedure supply and equipment set-up and room turnover.
- Auditing, stocking and maintenance of anesthesia supply stations, calibration of POC equipment, high-level sterilization procedures and documentation
- Provide basic level equipment troubleshooting
- Order supplies via the Lawson Material Management System
