CASE MANAGER Job Description (Abbreviated): We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Case Manager for our Rating Field Inspector (RFI), HERS Modeler, and HERS Rater Mentorship Program. As Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Mentorship Program. The Case Manager will work under the direction of the Executive Director and in close contact with the Technical Director, as well as, with partner organizations, to provide active case management for students in our program and to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders to enhance our Mentorship Program. We are looking for a part-time or a full-time position as a W2 employee, at a rate of \$25.00 (grant funded) for up to one year. Benefits are commensurate with employment status (part-time or full-time). Pending additional funding, there is potential to expand this position into a long-term position, with additional benefits. This is a primarily a remote position, but with a strong preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to MA. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or relevant experience in a related field. Previous experience in case management is highly desirable. Previous experience with grant implementation, data tracking and reporting metrics is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously. Is attentive to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Demonstrates effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
