Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the talent agenda for business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and operational efficiencies.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement to ensure the organization remains agile in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR best practices, compliance, and legal issues.
  • Manage all HR functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes affecting the workplace, ensuring policies and practices remain in compliance.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Own the HR Tech stack for service delivery to employees and managers.
  • Design and manage a comprehensive performance management system.
  • Implement effective performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Identify and address performance gaps, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our mission.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent
  • Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to ensure alignment with the firm's strategic goals and client needs.
  • Implement best practices for candidate evaluation, interviewing, and selection.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
  • Promote a healthy and respectful workplace environment.
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are aligned with market trends and internal equity.
  • Manage employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Lead DEI initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Develop and implement programs and policies to increase diversity at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) or platform companies is required.
  • Experience working with PEO and/or EOR services
  • Experience in private equity or venture capital firms is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead and inspire a team.
  • Exposure and experience working with boards and committees
