Blanchard Valley Urology Associates in NW Ohio are looking for an NP/PA to help to grow their organization and further their mission of "Caring for a lifetime."Job Description:
  • 3-5 years of experience as NP/PA and/or 1-2 years of Urology-specific experience is required
  • Ability to exercise autonomy in medical decision-making
  • See patients of all ages, average 15-20 patients/day
  • Monday-Friday, clinic and inpatient rounding with option of 3-day or 4-day workweek
  • See new and established clinic patients
  • Cerner EMR
  • Not accepting Locums candidates
  • Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required

  • Board Certified NP/PA - REQUIRED
  • OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • 3-5 years of experience as NP/PA and/or 1-2 years of Urology-specific experience - REQUIRED
  • Date provider is available to start with full-time availability - REQUIRED
  • Malpractice explanations, if applicable (attached as a document) - REQUIRED
  • Date of agency's last communication with provider (put answer in "Additional Submission Details" - REQUIRED
