Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking an experienced NP/PA at Allergy & Immunology Specialists of Northwest Ohio. Findlay, OH has been ranked #1 Micropolitan in the U.S. ten years and running.

Job Description:

  • At least 2 years' CURRENT allergy (preferred) or family medicine NP/PA employment experience REQUIRED. Training does not count toward this amount.
  • Practice autonomously, treat patients of all ages
  • Full-time, average 15-25 patients per day
  • No hospital call, practice call only
  • Hospital-employment
  • Seeking long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care
  • Cerner EMR
  • This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
  • Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required.
  • Not accepting Locums candidates
  • Not accepting visa candidates
  • Clean malpractice and license are required.

  • Board Certified NP/PA - REQUIRED
  • OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • At least 2 years' CURRENT Allergy (preferred) or Family Medicine NP/PA employment experience - REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
  • Date of agency's last communication with provider (put answer in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
