Ours is a legacy to be proud of Lockheed Martin is now seeking a System Integration / Test Engineer for a position in Archbald, PA. What You Will Be Doing Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems. The selected candidate must currently have an Active Secret Clearance. #MILVETS Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with emphasis in electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology or experience/combined education, with at least 2 years of professional experience. - Experience working with Nuclear Instrumentation and Control (I&C) equipment. - Experience developing formal test plans, procedures, and reports. - Ability to troubleshoot complex systems. - Active or Current DoD Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills: -Thorough understanding of Nuclear plant interfaces. - Experience with the preparation and presentation of test briefing material. -Experience in a role with responsibility to work with others in completing program objectives. - Ability to facilitate and coordinate test activities while maintaining schedule and cost. - Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders to meet desired testing requirements and test activities. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
