Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. What You'll Do You, as an RN, will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes. Qualifications Grad of an Accredited Program Specialized field of study should be nursing. 2 Years of ICU RN experience highly preferred with 1 Year of Cardiac ICU expereince required. Experience: Experience with Intra-Aortic Balloon pumps Impella Post op heart trained. Dedicated to CTICU or CVICU not just a floater. Involvement with unit council or other changes on unit ECMO A current and valid nursing license. Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
